The requirement was to set the BI Environment to produce the Daily Production report at Gadimoga (India, AP state) plant and dashboard for the top management. Lead the team developed the BO reports at RIL oil and Gas.

There was more than 100+ team Members worked on this project. The Scope was Implementation of Operation, SCM and Finance and controlling. Being a lead of BI, Being a lead of BI team and we supported more than 125 reports on different areas i.e. SCM, Operation and Finance. Being I am part of Central team as well we supported the Shape- India projects for BI.

Proof of Deliver is a sales and distribution project and the objective was to capture the information about the Proof of delivery like the information about the Product which has been delivered.

Responsibilities

·   Took the lead to Understanding and the business requirement and suggesting the data model accordingly for BW.

·   Took the approval of designed proposed document and started the develpment.

·   Created the z-table to capture the information about the Z- fields required to fulfill business requirement.

·   Created the ODS and info sets (based ion master data characteristic and ods) in bw to produce the Bex report on info set.

·   Created the reports to show the POD status on given date range, based on month (Open POD and Closed POD).

·   Presentation to Business users and took the sign off.

·   Created the technical specification document.

·   Wrote the test case for all the BW objects in Mercury tool.

CIS (Commercial information system) is a SD Project for billing. The project was implemented for Asia Region and was capturing billing data from R/3 and loading into BW.

·   Done unit testing and then created the document for unit testing results.

·   Created the process chains for master data and transactional data.

·   Prepared the Technical specification document having information of all the objects developed with   the requirement document with them.

·   Done the initial data load.

P2P (Part to product is implemented at global level and was developed to get the information about the model and item used  and planned at different regional level to do the planning accordingly. This project is helping to reduce the massive costing for the item and materials that are not either used or planned.)

Responsibilities:

·   Understanding and the business requirement and suggesting the data model accordingly for BW.

·   Create the objects like Infocube, Ods, queries based on business requirement.

·   Done unit testing and then created the document for unit testing results.

·   Created the process chains for master data and transactional data.

·   Created the program for downloading the data of all ods to application server.

·   Done all the transportation from development to Quality and once testing completed in quality created the GCM and transport the request to Production.

You can use different types of customer behaviour analysis to analyze the buying behaviour, satisfaction, and loyalty of your customers as well as their churn behaviour.

·   Gather the requirement from the business and design the Business blue print accordingly.

·   Performed analysis, Design, Developed and Implementation of Standard/Customised info Cubes and DSO object for MM, SD.

Liberty shoes ltd: Liberty Shoes Ltd. is the only Indian company that is among the top 5 manufacturers of leather footwear in the world with a turnover exceeding U.S. $100 million.It  produces  more than 50,000 pairs of footwear a day covering virtually every age group and income category. Products are marketed across the globe through 150 distributors, 350 exclusive showrooms and over 6000 multi-brand outlets, and sold in thousands every day in more than 25 countries including fashion-driven, quality-obsessed nations like France, Italy, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

·   Worked extensively on LO Cockpit extractions loaded the data from R/3 to BI and used Initialization with delta update and full update methods.

·   Created and Implement Tranformation and DTP, used Data Store objects (DSO) and Info Cubes.

·   Used PSA to stage the data before transferring the PSA/DATASOURCE contents and DSO to info Cubes.

·   Installed Business content as and when required.

·   Extensively worked on ERROR DTP for effective loads and Error Handling.

·   Worked extensively on BEX Analyzer and created queries using BI-Reporting Variables, Design Mode, Navigational attributes and Filters. Developed workbooks, Infoset Queries and used RRI (Report to Report interface) jump queries to drill down to other queries.

·   Data loading were monitored and failed data packets were analyzed and if possible manually edited in PSA /Datasource and re-loaded to DSO.

·   Worked on Calculated and Restricted KeyFigures, Restricted Characteristics, structures and Variables for queries.

·   Uploaded Master/ Transactional data from flat files to SAP- BI.

·   Used DSO to stage the data before transferring the DSO contents to the Info Cube. Extracting Master & Transaction Data using Generic Data Sources from OLTP.
